Sourdough Cinnamon Bites

2.5 cups flour 

2 tbsp brown sugar 

1 tsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp baking soda 

1 tsp sea salt 

1 cup milk 

1/2 cup of sourdough discard 

Fill 

1/2 cup butter 

1 cup sugar (1/2 white 1/2 brown) 

2 tsp cinnamon 

Mix dry then add butter followed by milk and discard.

Knead to make soft dough ( add flour if needed) and leave to ferment for 2-4 hours. 

Bake at 350 for 50-60 min or to 200 degrees
